Pelletron offers various mobile DeDuster models that can be installed directly under the silo and travel from one silo to the next.
The mobile DeDusters can be installed in combination with bagging machines, for truck and railcar loading, or for any other application. Below, please find various applications for mobile dedusting systems.
Application 1
The DeDuster moves under the silos on a mobile cart, but the fan, cyclone and filter are installed in a fixed position. Clean air and dust air piping is installed along the silos. Butterfly valves open and close the duct work in each individual position.
Application 2
The DeDuster, including the fan, cyclone and filter moves under the silos on a mobile cart. Automated connections are made at the DeDuster inlet and outlet.
Application 3
The DeDuster system is installed on a mobile cart and attached directly to the bagging machine.
